This page shows you what the site looks like if viewed correctly and could help if you wish to change your browser preferences to increase the viewing quality of this, and other sites. The cells in the table should be touching, without any gaps in the images, similar images can be viewed at the top of this page.

The ideal colour depth for this site is 24bit (16 million colours), the browser should be able to cope with irregular colour pallettes in GIF images making the Nahoo logo appear elevated and smooth in texture.

Few browsers can view background images in tables, this is what it should look like. I kept these graphics to a minimum as it could greatly effect the viewing of the majority of visitors if used to widely in the site. If you cannot view coloured tables, the games page is a good example of black text hidden against a black page background.

The animated GIFs should be smooth and individual frames not distinguishable. The "Red Splat" should go splat about three times in two seconds and the ball animation should have one revolution around every two seconds

The font used throught this site is called "Trebuchet MS", it is quite a new font and has recently become a standard with Microsoft products. Personally, I think it is nicer than "Arial" (which is the secondary font in this site). Text proceeding a "Red Splat" is normally justified or centered, this makes the appearance tidier and easier to read. The font size and face used for this site is shown in an orange rectangle. For this font and a few others go to the download bay.

The background of the fields in the majority of forms in this site have a "lined paper" background image. The text should rest on top of the line.

Throughout this site images and downloads have the lowest size possible. The majority of downloads larger the 150KB are compressed using a ZIP program which does not require "WinZip" or other decompressors. The ZIP files are excecutable and the destination of file(s) is already specified.
